Where we ship

GILDANE ships to all 50 US states, plus Washington DC. We do not ship outside the United States yet. If that changes, this page changes with it.

Cost

Orders of $119 or more: free standard shipping
Orders under $119: flat $5.95 standard shipping

How long it takes

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive 4 to 9 business days after you place them.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude US public holidays. Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected. If the tracking has not moved 3 business days after dispatch, email support@gildane.com and we will open it with the carrier.

Getting the address right

Check your address at checkout. We can correct an address before the parcel is collected, so email us quickly if something is wrong. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot change it.

Missing or damaged parcels

If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will resolve it: replacement or full refund, our cost.
